Auallwg our own thows allowed us to keep the ticket sale proceeds as well as not payillg Agent fees therefore makmg the wlLole event more sustainable. We are going to ty and cut down on expenses like this in 2026 al￿ use OUT own t￿￿￿t￿ce and gatlled expertise where we can.

Financial review The Trustees met with the Centre Manager 8 titnes in 2025 to disc￿85 and rcview the Celltre's perfornwice al￿ conduct the appri)priat¢ financial appraisals. The T￿￿teeS are aware of the continuing challenges that the Centre 15 facing with regards to falling Incon￿ from parts of its core bu5ine55. Despite overall expettditure decreasing ftom £215,626 in 2024 to £191,951 in 2025. at the end of 2025 The W(x)ITNell Centre had mad¢ a total net loss ol- £30.649.
