TTUStees are elected by members at the Annual Gener81 Meeting and manage the charity on a voluntary basis. The trustees meet bi-monthly {or more frequenlty when necessary) lo oversee the charity's activities and finances. The purpose of Clare House PTA is lo support the education and wellbeing of pupils al Clare House by raising fijnds lor additional resources and activities. The trustees have had regard lo the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and Confirm Ihal the charity's activities are carried out for the benefit of the pupils and school community. This year saw a vibrant ealendar of events, with both new and estsblished initiatives contributing lo our success. The Winter Fair and Summer Fair remained our highest%rossing events. demonstr8ting the ntinued enthusiasm of our school community. The PTA had funds brought forward of £28,374 from 23124 and generated income of £42,506 (including grants and donations) duiing the 24125 aGademlc year. Totsl expenditure amounted lo £55.112, primarily supporting 8 range of school projec15 and resourc8s. We therefore closed th8 year with a funds balanGe of£15.768. placing the PTA in a stable position moving into the next academic cycle. Funds Taised this year have directly supported key school prioriti85, ensuring that resources are aligned with the need5 identtfied by staff and leadership. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 07 / 2025 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
