It is my responsibilty to state, on the basis of the proced ures specified in the General Directors given by the Charity Commissioners under Section 4317llbl of the Act, whether particular matters Fidve come to my attention. Bais of Independent Examiners Report Mil exa mination was ca rried out in accordance with the General fjirections given by the Charity Coimmissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity arid a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusal items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
