I report on the accounts of the Scarning Village Hall and Estate Trust for the year ended 30th June
2024 which are set out on pages 2 to 6
Respective Resposibilities of the Trustees and Examiner
As the Charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts, you consider
that the aud it requirement of Section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 does not apply.
It is my responsibilty to state, on the basis of the proced ures specified in the General Directors
given by the Charity Commissioners under Section 4317llbl of the Act, whether particular matters
Fidve come to my attention.
Bais of Independent Examiners Report
Mil exa mination was ca rried out in accordance with the General fjirections given by the Charity
Coimmissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
arid a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusal items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence
phat would be required in an audit. and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the

Independent Examiners Statement
In LOYP.ection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that any material respect the requirement5
to keep accounting receipts in accordance with Section 41 of the Act, and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply
with the accounting requiremÈr)ts of the Act
have not been met, or
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
nding of the accounts to be reached
