Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting and serve on a voluntary basis.

2. Structure, Governance and Management

All parents and carers of children at Hampton Pre-Prep & Prep School are automatically members of the HPPPA. Trustees are elected by members at the AGM. The committee is comprised of a number of members who volunteer as class reps, who meet regularly during the school year to plan events and review finances.

The HPPPA works in partnership with the school leadership to agree how funds raised can best support pupils.

None of the trustees have been paid any remuneration or received any other benefits.

3. Objectives and Activities

The HPPPA have the special task of bringing together our children, parents and wider community, whilst supporting both the school and charities through fundraising events. We are a committee made up of volunteer parents and strive to build an inclusive, friendly communicative environment.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/07/2024 .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
