| Risk and Internal Control The Group Trustee Board has identified the major risks to which they believe the Group is exposed, these have been reviewed and systems have been established to mitigate against them. The main areas of concern that have been identified are: Damage to the building, property and equipment. The Group would request the use of buildings, property and equipment from neighbouring organisations such as the church, community centre and other Scout Groups. Similar reciprocal arrangements exist with these organisations. The Group has sufficient buildings and contents insurance in place to mitigate against permanent loss. | Community service and impact Local clean-ups: Groups organize litter-picking walks or clean-up events for parks, rivers, and beaches, teaching responsibility while improving the local environment. The main achievements include fostering personal development through skill-building, completing service projects for the community, and earning top awards. These accomplishments reflect the core principles of the Scouting movement: building character, encouraging leadership, and making a positive impact on society. Our group has throughout the year provided an effectve programme, activites and camps both in the uk and abroad for the children and young people that are entrusted to us.This enables them to reach the highest awards in each section and move through from 4 years old until adulthood as leaders. Chief Scout's Awards: The highest honors a young person can earn in their age section, these awards signify significant personal growth, resilience, and accomplishment.Leadership skills: Scouts have numerous opportunities to lead their peers. Older Scouts may become Patrol Leaders, taking on responsibilities like mentoring younger members. Leadership skills: Scouts have numerous opportunities to lead their peers. Life skills: The Scouting program emphasizes "learning by doing" Badge progression: Scouts earn dozens of different badges for mastering a wide array of skills, from cycling and archery to coding and performance art. |

The Group's Income and Expenditure is very small and as a consequence does not have sufficient funds to invest in longer- |
