BushytailsPre--school ls a charity run community-based Pre-school for children aged 2-5 years.We are Ofsted registered and are part of theEYFS.We provide a safe,fun !earning environment with a multisensory(aecure)playarea.All moneyraisedbythe charity pays for It run. It covers the costs of staff,premises and a lot of vital equipment for the benefit of the children. Our main activity la to deliver, within our fully Inclusive setting for 2-6 year olds the Earty Year Foundation Stage. To do this, weemploy childcaremanagers assistants who undertakeJoint dally planning ofactivitiesto meet the needs and interests of the children attending our setting. We deploy a key person approach to ensure that the progress and well-being of all Individual childrenIs constantly monitored and feeds Into future planning. We ensure that our staff are well trained and hence able to successfully meet the needs of the children In our care.We promote theimportance of the !earning environment and endeavour to make this as stimulating as possible. We have established a stableand proactiv. commlttN and trustees after• period_al_Instability withintheCommlttH. During this1cadomlcyear,the CommltlN haveworkedhardto ensure thefuturefinanclalstabHtty of the Pre Schoolby adoptingnewprocedures for the Invoicing_al_parents and the collection of fees. We now have robust systems in place to ensure that all fees arecollected and have adopted robust systams for monitoring expenditure, monthlyandcashflow. We have furtherbuilton our positive Ofstedntport ofsunvner 2024. All of our staff continuetocomplm regular bespoketraining to ensure that they are confident and fluent inthelatest Early Yun practice. Our most &Jlperienced staff continue to support newly qualified staff and apprentices astheylearn the skillsofthe role. |
