In some years the school may agree to run a Ball to raise exceptional funds for the school. These are norma Ily linl<ed to either a specia l anniversary for the school or specif ically to raise funds for a larger/expensive project. In the previous year the school worked with a set of parent volunteers to organi5e a Ball to raise money to regenerate the environment area and create new outdoor classrooms. The balance of income and expenditure for this event is included within the PTA / FPTGMS accounts as they do not have access to their own financial set up. Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main This year we continued the PTA work from last year. We achievements of the charity enjoyed a year of varied events and activities that included during the year. the entire school population. We have been making donations to the school as and when projects are completed. In this financial year we have donated £24,438.87.
