RF.VIEW OF ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Pandemi< COVID-19: The Sthool has had to adapt COll5tontly during the year to the chunglng threat und the occompanylng guldance updates from ihe Govemmenl ond DfE. Thi$ brought about many changes to the operotional framework and practices the School employed, especially wlth the arrlval of the Deho and Omi¢ron Yoritsnts. Enhanced cleonlng reglmes were mointuined, especially to touch points. These meowres proved successful in limiting the number of COVID-19 cases. In line with national guldonce, the School remalned open during ihe whole yeur. There were notable spikes in coses during the aulurnn ond winter periods, which adversely offected both pupil ond teaching populotions. The lalter coused some turbulence to less¢Jns that required cover to be provided on a regular basis. During the yeor the School hosted local health teams and mony the Year 7 und Yeor 8 oge gr<)ups were vuttlnoted. Through0 the period Governors ond SMT met regularly. Sixty-four children left the School and secured ploces ol twenty different senior schools, omussing twenty-slx scholorships. Highlights included the wonderful Floreoi Concert ot the end of the Spring Temi and the relurn of many regular School events, such as Thè Feast and Founders. Doy.
