The Property company is well funded and generally maintsins a consistent dividend policy. As with risk, the Foundation's portfolio has limlted dlrect exposure to general market perforrnance and instead 15 imp3Cted by specific rnarkets perf0rrnan. The FDundation's exposure tie5 into it5 investment objectives as the inve5tment5 either continue to direthv promote the objetts and profile of the charity or provide a long-term irwe5trnent returri for the charity.
