The focus of these servl¢es is low level intervention, althou8h we do a150 dellver cllnlcal 5ervkes in conjunction with other provlders. All of these servlce5 were free to access durlng thls financlal year aslde from the fee p4yln8 ¢ounsellln8 servlce. The charlty holds varlous contracts from funder5 aCTOSS the localltles Includlng North East Essex ainlcal Commissionlrq Group, Essex County Council, Mld and South Essex ainlcal Commlssloning Group and also holds various grants from 8rant 8ivin8 bodie5. The servlces are normally delivered between Monday - Friday each worklng week. However, we Introduced Crls15 Cafés which operate out of hours providing support to thos? in crisis and reduclng the pressures on A&E departments. Thls approach has helped in providing a more r¢bust framework of care and supports the ststutory provlders In the work they do. Murh work has gone Into developlng the or8anisatlons three-year business Flan. which Is now moving ahead. It tontinued to be difficult to recrult to our vacant P05ts. Staff once agaln took ort the addltlonal work enablln8 LIS to fulfil our many contracts. We thank them for their hard work and dedicatlon. Our Fundralslng team had to conslder dlfferent ways of raisln8 Income and mana8ed to ralse £111,574 from donatlons. almost double the prevlous year and a further £86,922 from 8rants, a very good performance In the clrcumstances. Our HR team trled different recrultment methods resultlng In many of the vacant posts bein8 filled bul we ¢ontlnue to Sèe relatlvety hi8h staff turnover and a ccn5iderable underspend a8alnst bl￿get on staff costs. Overall Income Increased by £899.061 to £2,904A22 mainly due to our ongoSng contract5.
