The chanty Is govemed by its declaration of trust. which was adopted on 31 March 1994. Obl•ctlve8 and Activitles Donin9lon Village Hall is a village communty eentre. with a bar and kitchen facility, available fo hire, general fvnclions elc and also providing a sports hall gym type facility lor the Inhabitants of the parish of Doninglon, Spalding in the county ol Lincolnshire. TTU¥tees The trustees who serveé the charity during the period were as detsiled on Page 1. New ITuslees are recruited from a group who have shown a keen interest in the work of the charity and have abilities required on the gov8ming body.
