with
buses
from the CTPG collection at Barry Island.

to view other vehicles and other exhibits.

and this
was supplemented
by items for sale from

A free shuttle

service also operated
a circular tour of

These events
allowed
the public to view
parts of the collection,
not only

other parts ofSouth East

The
collection
illustrates
many
of the
developments
that have occurred
to bus

over
the
years
and
also
the
changes
in the structure
of the industry
brought
about
largely
by

in policy. The archive collection
also shows
how technology
has
moved
forward
in things
such as ticketing
and

for example.
Much ofthis history would be lost
without the work ofCTPG.
