The Trustee presents the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2023.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the club in the year under review was that of a children’s pre-school.
RESULTS FOR THE YEAR
As set out on the Statement of Financial Activities on page 3 there was a net increase of funds amounting to £11,232 in the year. The balance of reserves at the year-end was £16,385 as set out on page 3 of this report.

NOAH’S ARK PRE-SCHOOL (SWANTON MORLEY)
We have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Noah’s Ark Pre-school for the year ended 31 March 2023 which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities from the Charity’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a practising member firm of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at www.accaglobal.com/rulebook.
This report is made solely to the Trustee of Noah’s Ark Pre-school in accordance with our terms of engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Noah’s Ark Pre-school and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the members of Noah’s Ark Pre-school in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Trustee, as a body, for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Noah’s Ark Pre-school has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the financial position of Noah’s Ark Pre-school. We have prepared and examined the above accounts and certify them to be in accordance with the accounting records and explanations given to us.
