The Trustee presents the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2023. 

## **PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY** 

The principal activity of the club in the year under review was that of a children’s pre-school. 

## **RESULTS FOR THE YEAR** 

As set out on the Statement of Financial Activities on page 3 there was a net increase of funds amounting to £11,232 in the year. The balance of reserves at the year-end was £16,385 as set out on page 3 of this report.

We have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Noah’s Ark Pre-school for the year ended 31 March 2023 which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities from the Charity’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. 

As a practising member firm of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at www.accaglobal.com/rulebook. 

This report is made solely to the Trustee of Noah’s Ark Pre-school in accordance with our terms of engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Noah’s Ark Pre-school and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the members of Noah’s Ark Pre-school in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Trustee, as a body, for our work or for this report. 

It is your duty to ensure that Noah’s Ark Pre-school has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the financial position of Noah’s Ark Pre-school.
