Led by young people, for young people, Enderby & District Young Farmers Club provide anyone aged 10 to 28 with a unique opportunity to develop skills, work with their local communities, undertake charitable work, travel abroad, take part in a varied competitions programme, and enjoy a dynamic social life. We work with these rural young people to help them realise their full potential so they can become active and valuable members of their local community. |

Para 1.20 | During the 2022/2023 year, Enderby & District Young Farmers club has increased it’s membership. The members of the club have volunteered their time outside of meetings to help a local charity with their new community allotment and wildlife garden, helped a local village set up their summer carnival, Christmas lights fair and remembrance Sunday parade. Enderby & District young farmers club also raised money for a local children’s charity by collecting and recycling used real Christmas trees. The club also did very well in the annual county rally where they came 4thout of 11 clubs competing. |

Para 1.21 | Enderby & District Young Farmers Club is in a strong financial position despite the financial difficulties caused by the covid pandemic and the low membership numbers in previous years. At the end of this period Enderby & District Young Farmers Club made a profit of £30,674.75. This was predominantly thanks to a very generous donation from a gentleman who is an ex member. This surplus will be used in the next financial period to support our club to improve the club in areas such as sports equipment, a trailer for storage and to secure the future of the club. |
