Para 1.20 During the 2024–2025 financial year,
Lutterworth Young Farmers continued to
build on previous momentum, delivering a
strong programme of charitable activity and
community engagement. Membership sign-
ups remained high, enabling the club to
sustain and expand its calendar of events
and meetings throughout the year.
Key fundraising initiatives included the
annual Christmas Tree Collection, which
raised substantial funds for the Air
Ambulance, and the Summer Party, held to
mark the end of the Young Farmers year.
These events, alongside other club
activities, generated a total of £5,000 for
charitable causes.
In line with the club’s agreed financial
procedures, these funds — although raised
during the 2024–2025 year — will be
disbursed during the 2025–2026 financial
year, as approved by the Lutterworth
committee. This arrangement is reflected in
the accounts for both reporting periods.
