[3] To Advance The Education Of Persons Who Are Unemployed Or Unwaged Or In Conditions Of Need By Providing Appropriate Support, IT And Other Forms Of Training (that The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide Necessary), In Order To Help Them Secure Future Employment.
