Regular fund raising activities ranging from a digger ride from John O'Groals to Lands End lo several teddy tombola's. Grants from charitable and commercial bodies allowing SNAP to renew and upgrade its equipment. Working parties have carried out a whole range of tssks including painting. garden work. general cleaning and maintenance free of charge. We continue to provide a service all year round except for four bank holidays. We have swtched to better value SUPIe[s. Beneficiaries SNAP, has focused on what a child or adult can do rather than their disability. Users have experienced the importance of play in developing life skills, confidence and self esteem. Created opportunities that are open to everyone overcoming barriers to participab"on. Supported paients and Carers. Financial review Financial position The Charity has made losses over the past couple of years. However, we are taking action to rectify this. We have raised entry costs and we have negotiated new deals on our utility suppliers and waste removal service. We are also currently reviewing our slafflng levels in order to make a saving on wages. Going concern We are currently relying on donations to cover some of our cos15. We regularly research irblo local businesses who donate lo charities as well as searching the Charity Commission. We then make contact with local businesses asking for their support. This has proved successful over the rent years and we see no reason why this would not te sutresshjl g¢)ing forward. We therefore consider the charity to be a going concem.
