We specialise in the restoration of heritage buildings at risk of decay in areas where the resurgence of an existing use, or the creation of a new life and purpose for these buildings, will have a beneficial effect on the local community. Through a sustainable business case, and operational delivery, we breathe new life into these assets and help drive the regeneration of the local community

Objects: 4.1 The Objects For Which The Charity Is Established Are For The Public Benefit: 4.1.1 To Secure For The Benefit Of The Public The Preservation, Repair And Maintenance Of Buildings, Structures And Artefacts Of Particular Beauty Or Historical, Architectural Or Constructional Interest; 4.1.2 To Advance Education In Relation To Buildings Or Structures Of Particular Beauty, Historical, Architectural Or Constructional Interest; 4.1.3 The Promotion For The Benefit Of The Public Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation Throughout The United Kingdom By All Or Any Of The Following Means: (A) The Relief Of Poverty; (B) The Relief Of Unemployment; (C) The Advancement Of Education, Training Or Retraining; (D) The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Technical Assistance Or Business Advice Or Consultancy In Order To Provide Training And Employment Opportunities For Unemployed People In Cases Of Financial Or Other Charitable Need Through Help: (I) In Setting Up Their Own Business; Or (Ii) To Existing Businesses.
