STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Rotary Club of Amber Valley Trust Fund is a registered charity. It is governed by its trust deed dated 26[th] March 1996 and was entered on the Register of Charities on 17[th] October 1996.

The names of the Trustees are listed above.
Trustees are recruited through Club membership and elected in General Meeting.
RISK
The Board of Trustees review the areas of risk that may affect the organisation.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The primary objective is the relief of the poor and needy and such other charitable purposes as the Club directs.
In planning activities, the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit has been kept in mind.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The Club raised an amount of £39,357 from donations and fundraising. This included a donation of £7,090 for school projects in India. We donated £84,092 to charities and good causes. This included £55,000 to a local special needs school to fund specialised play equipment at their new premises. This leaves a balance of £30,644 to carry forward for projects this current year.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The Trustees continue to monitor the reserves policy.

Butler Cook, Chartered Accountants (Mr A C Reynolds) have examined these accounts and found them to be a true and accurate financial record.
