The Greenheart Trust was established to protect and preserve Guyana's magnificent and precious flora and fauna. We work with indigenous grass roots conservation organisations / individuals and support their work through funding, materials, equipment and advice.

Objects: [1].the Conservation, Protection And Preservation Of The Environment Both Natural And Man-Made Including Flora And Fauna. [2].the Preservation Of Cruelty To And The Relief Of Suffering Of Animals Which Are Sick, Maltreated, Neglected Or Otherwise In Need, Including Without Limitation Birds And Wildlife Of Guyana.[3]. To Advance The Education Of The Public, In Particular But Without Limitation In The Subjects Of The Environment And Wildlife Native To Guyana. [4]. To Advance The Education Of Women In Need By Providing Them With Skill Which Assist Them In Becomming Self-Sufficient. [5].for The Advancement Of Religion By Providing For The Maintenance And Repair Of St George's Cathedral, Burns Memorial Church And Other Places Of Worship In Guyana. [6]. For The Relief Of Sickness And For The Protection And Preservation Of Health, In Particular By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Primary Health Care In Guyana, And Advice And Information On Health, Medicine And Nutrition.
