Objects: The Trustee And Management Committee Shall Pay Or Apply The Said Income Arising From The Capital Fund (In Accordance With Directions Received From The Managers As Hereinafter Mentioned) In Or Towards The Education And Maintenance During Such Education Of Sons Or Daughters (Hereinafter Called "Beneficiaries") (A) Of Any Person Or Persons Who In The Opinion Of The Managers Has Or Have Rendered "Signal Service To Agriculture" Through The Union Or If No Suitable Beneficiary Can Be Found Under This Sub-Clause (B) Of Any Person Or Persons Who Can Show To The Satisfaction Of The Managers That He She Or They Are Involved In Agriculture As A Primary Occupation Whether Or Not "Signal Service To Agriculture" Has Rendered And Whether Or Not Such Person Or Persons Is Or Are Members Of The Union
