We aim and succeed in making a small profit each year whilst keeping hire costs at a minimum. Premises kept in clean, safe and serviceable condition. No funds held by any trustee. One charity bank account.

I, Julian Sellars, ofThe Old Church, Calcutt, HG5 8JF have acted as an Independent Examiner of Calcutt & Forest Moorvillage Hall forthe financial year ending 30 April 2024. 1 can confirm that the charity meets the requirements such that the accounts do not require an audit in accordance with Part 16 ofthe Companies Act 2006. The independent examination carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and has been conducted in accordance with the Directions given bythe Charity Commission. In the course ofthe review no matter has come to my attention, in connection with the examination. which gives reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect: accounting records forthe non-company charities have not been kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011; and/or • the accounts do not accord with the accounting records. In addition. no matters of concern have come to my attention in connection with the examination to which, in the examiner's opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
