The Friary delivers advice, health and support services which help empower local vulnerable unemployed adults to rebuild their lives. We offer a variety of services under one roof so as to help address the complex needs represented within our client base. These services include a GP surgery, drugs counselling, welfare rights advice, clothing and food provision and IT literacy training.
Objects: 1)relief Of Poverty Amongst Persons By The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Facilities And Activities To Relieve Those Persons Who May Be Considered To Be Necessitous Circumstances By Being Homeless (or In Temporary Accomadation) Or Unemployed 2)the Advancement Of Education Amongst Such Persons By The Provision Of Advice,counselling And Information Suitable And Relevant To Their Needs 3)the Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Recreational And Other Leisure Time Activities In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For Such Persons
