The asgets are available and adequate in respect of all funds tt) enble the Charity io meet its obligations. Public benefit The Tru5t¢es confirm that they have wmplied with the duty in SlI0n 17(5) of the 2011 Charities Act to have due regard to the 8uidance contained in the Charity Commi$5ion'$ 8¢nernl guidanc¢ on publi¢ benefit when reviIng the Trust's aims and objectives. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE Charitable activities The Fund made an annual grant to a welfare organisation to improve the welfare of oificers, W'arrant Officers, Non- Commissioned OtTicers and men. It is expected that these grdnts will k continued to be made at the same level in the future. b. The Fund also made annual grants to th¢ Reglrnen funds to promote the mililary elTiciency of members of the Royal Tank Regimenl. These grants are for OtTicers. Warrant Officers Non Commissioned Officers and men. It is expected thai these grdnts will continue to be made al a similar leN'el in the future. The Fund continue5 to suPrt a number of individuals for sporting excellence. The money 1$ given to the recipient to fitrth¢r improve their chantts of 5UCC¢S5.

They consist prin¢ipally of investments which are shown in the accounts at market Vuc. Th¢ Charity relies upon donations, legacies fimction income, trading income, inveslment income and 'One Day's Pay, for its income resource. The total incomc for Financial Year 2024125 was £109,474 including designated and restricted nds. Total income from investments, including deSited and restricted fimds. was £37.935. Income from donafions amounted to £63fv1 including designated and restricted funds. Trustees, Power of Investrnent { l ) The Royal Tank Regiment Colonel Commandani's Fund investment funds fonn a part of the Royal Tank Regimeni Common Investment Fund. Th¢ Truees of the Royal Tank Regiment overs¢¢ and control this investment as part of the common fund. (2) Tr Trusices have the wjwer to ap]nt a Cor)rate ix>dy a5 th¢ Trust¢¢3' Nominee to hold the inveslments for th¢ Charity. The Trustees have made CCLA Limited the TrUse'S Nomintt. (3) The investsr)ent objectives agreed for the Ro>al Tank Regimeni Colonel Commandant's Fund provide the Trustee's Nominee. CCLA Limite& with discretionary powers of investmeni within the following objeciives. ParamerS and guidance: (a) Annual Drawdown is ai £42.IMxI for the Royal Tank Regimen( Colonel Commandant's Fund. (b) Growth Taryet: CPI + 40/0. (c) Level of Risk: The portfolio is held in a combination of medium risk and low risk investhients. (d) Payment of investment income is monthly on a total returns bASiS. Reserves pollcy It is the poli¢y of th¢ Charity to maintain unrestricted funds at a l¢v¢l which equate to approximately 12 months unrestricted expenditure. This provides 5uifi¢ient funds to wver management and administration and support costs. Unr¢stricted funds are mainthined al1¢&st at this lev¢l throughoui the year. FUTURE PLANS The Charity will continue to provide annual grants to both Welfare and Regimentsl Funds from an expected reasonable income.
