I would make a couple of observations for future years. l. I notlce that there are Some invoices received during the year that have been pald in the 2021-22 year, e.8. K P Fire. Could I sug8est that an entry be made In the accounts of outstandin8 debts at the year end, and correspondingly note debts from last year paid this year? l appreclate that you are workin8 on a pure Incomin8s/outgolngs basis, but this may help to 8ive a slightly more accurate picture of the situation at the year end. 2, Regarding the fees.. there is no suggestion that there is any problem, but there Is no obvlous paper record of what fees were actually duelrequested. There is simply a record of payment of money on behalf of each child. Does some sort of register exist which would reconclle these fees? Otherwise the financial records appear to be well kept, and I would commend the Treasurer on their accurate work. And on an unconnected point, have you considered asking Cletwr to be included as one of the local groups who receive donatlons from the monthly collectlon box at the tlll? Re Nl8el A Callaghan
