The Table {on behalf of the Trust) coordinates the annual Royal Tunbridge Wells Fireworks display al Dunorfan Park {'the Display.) and perfom)s other ad hoc charitable activities. Net proceeds generated from the sale of tickets for the Display (after the deduction of costs required to run the event) are donated to local charitable causes. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) The Account is used to LX)Ilect proceeds from ticket sales (and other revenue streams). pay administrative costs associated with operating the event and make donations to local charities. Section D Achievements and performance The Display held in November 2022 generated Net Proceeds of approximately £36.000. The proedS ansing from the Display are expected to be donated to local chanties during the financial year to April 2024. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The Trust also distributed approximately £15,000 to local charities during the year to 31 March 2003 (with these donations made from the Net Proceeds arising from the Display held in November 2021). The Trust continued to maintain a surplus cash position on the Account, which will enable tt to finance the costs associated with operating the Display to be held in November 2023. Section E Financial review The Trust holds liquid cash resources at bank with the objective of retaining sufficient liquid reSoUrS to meet all operating expenses for the next financial year.
