Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the year Main achievement this past year has been the ongoing increase in bookings for the hall, new groups using hall on a regular basis, and increase in football teams. We have also decorated some areas of the premises 8￿hOugh our plan is to do more ias and when able We continue to inspect maintain and repair as required to maintain the standard to the highest possible. There is a defribrilator for use vthich is financed and maintained by the Hall. We have provided a storage facilty for the football leams. TAR March 2012

Section E Financial review We maintain a certain level of financial Teserve in order that we can always respond to mainlenance issues as they arise. We need contingency finds, e.g our fire doors neede replacing al a cost of ver £6,000 a few years back, and we were able to do this. We are aware that the car park will need work his coming year and that will be possible as we have a healthy reserve. Suring COVID no monies coming in and bills still needed paying so reservice as esseniial at that time.
