Welcome
Allison thanked everyone for coming and briefly explained that the object of the AGM is to give a summary of the activities of the academic year September 2024 – August 2025, and for election of new members.
Minutes from previous AGM were read and agreed to be accurate.

Request permission from school to remove the apple tree in the Magic Garden - Speak to Heather Gregory (Allison/Rosie) Vicky’s partner works for landscaping company and has very generously volunteered to take tree down if allowed. This will need to be a weekend or school holiday. |

| Pressure wash pirate ship /moss removal |
Volunteers needed to wash and remove moss from and around the pirate ship before annual insurance inspection takes place (usually this term). Should be easier now there is an outside tap as can use standard hose Staf not needed to open up if give committee codes for padlock and entry gate |

| Painting / Decorating |
Early Years Advisor recommended repainting main room and snack room as they are looking past their best. She suggests using a neutral colour as that has been shown to improve learning and behaviour and reduce over- stimulation. School have previously given us permission to paint, but we should speak with Mrs Gregory as a matter of courtesy before arranging date/volunteers. Anna suggested some colours. Anna will speak to DOOSC about this. |
