Trustees, Annual Report l. Introduction The Trustees of Landford Village Hall present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025. Landford Village Hall is registered as a charity with the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales under charity registration number 1054017. The Village Hall is located at Lyndhurst Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP5 2AE. 2. Charity Objectives The charity objectives are set out in the scheme rules dated 2 March 20013nd are as follows: To provide and maintain a village hall for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for.. lal Ibl Meetings. lectures and classes,. and Other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation. with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants. 3. Summary Flnanclal Performance Duringthe year ended 31 December 2025 Landford Village Hall generated £26.95412024: £26,034) of income from Hall Hire fees, a 3.6% increase on 2024. It was pleasing to see ad hoc hall hires increase by a further 47% compared with last year. The majority of expenditure was on repairs, maintenance and imDrovements to the Village Hall £9,33412024- £18,357). An analysis of this expenditure for 2025 and 2024 is provided section 5. Other expenditure included depreciation, utilities and insurance. Net incoffle for 2025 was £9,856 compared with £1,050 in 2024, with £9,023 of the increase bein8 due to lower expenditure on repairs, maintenance and improvements. Charity accumulated funds increased from £107.572 at l January 2025 to £117.428 at 31 December 2025. Page I
