The Trust8es have &xamined the requirement for free reserves. The Trustees do not consider it necessary lo quantify a minimum level of reserv8s held for working capital requirements. In Hartlepool. we currently have 8 Tablers and are actively seeking to mitigate against this risk by- increased awareness of our roles and impact on Haruepool greater presence on social media more partnerships with other charitable organisations locally talking more about our achievements with the local media actively holding recruitment events STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT • Constitutlon Hartlepool Round Table Charitable Trust is a registered charity, number 1054004, and is constituted under a Trust deed dated 20 April 1995.
