The leasing of the charity?s property estate for charitable use in accordance with the charity's Objects and the research into educational methods for the training and education of young people with learning difficulties, behavioural problems or special educational needs.

Objects: The objects of the charity are, for the public benefit to:1. Advance the education and health of people with additional educational needs of any kind through training in the areas of the arts, crafts, biodynamic agriculture and holistic sciences, by a method known as Practical Skills Therapeutic Education, and through provision of holistic medical support and services, with particular reference being given to the indications and insights of Rudolf Steiner in fulfilment of which by providing land, buildings and educational facilities;2. Advance education in the teaching, practice and development of specialist education and care through the method of Practical Skills Therapeutic Education or as otherwise concerned with the indications and insights of Rudolf Steiner and in furtherance of this to undertake research in the subject matter and to publish all useful findings; 3. Advance the education of the public in the subjects of preservation and restoration of buildings, conservation and protection of the natural environment and the sustainable use of natural resources, particularly by using Rudolf Steiner’s methods in biodynamic agriculture and horticulture; and4. To promote Rudolf Steiner educational establishments that advance education and health.
