All children are required to be registered before first attending the Cylch without their parents orguardian. Children, whilst in our care, will remain the legal responsibility ofthe parent/guardian and will be eared for according to individual child contracts. The Cylch would wish for all children to be accompanied by either their parent or guardian after registration until the child is happy to attend unaccompanied. |
