Section D Achievements c?nd performance As we look back over 2023, can reflèct on how much has been achieved through our departments, events and Sunday gatherings. God has blessed us and enabled us to reach our communities with His love and we are so thankful to everyone who gave their finance, time, energy. prayer and resources to make 2023 a significant year in the lrfe on Now Church. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year Our Langold building was very busy throughout the week with the many adivrties and services we run for the local community. Many people have discovered Now Church for the first time and a full children and youth programme also ran throughout the week During the August summer holidays we ran a Stay and Play holiday club for primary school aged children and their families which proved very popular again. Now Gold is our monthly senior citizens lunch whilst weekly events such as Now Tots and Bible Studies meant the Church was open most days of the vek. In response to the cost of living crisis that beeAme a major concem for many in our localty during the prior year. we continued to run community grocery called the Food Hub and al80 the Lounge where people could use th8 Church building and café during the Vek to keep wam when the cost of heating their homes became too expensive in the autumn and winter. The year ended with a packed Christmas programme in Decernber as usual with the Carols by Candlelight service in the Church. TAR
