It is therefore essential that the Charity can maintain a Sufficient level of r8serve5 to meet its commitments. The Reserves Policy stales that free {unre5trictedl reserves are maintained at a level that enough money is sel aside to cover costs if the Charity was lo cease trading. The value of free reserves on 31 March 2023 was £973k1£736k on 31 March 20221 and forecast ¢e88alion cost was £121.6k. The Charlty Is fvlly committed to spending any surplus reserves In a limdy and appropn'ate manner lo meet the charllable objectives.
