Objects: To Protect And Preserve Health Amongst Persons Who Are Mentally Ill Or Have Had A Mental Illness,and The Carers Of Such Persons Through The Provision Of Self Help And Support In A Safe And Caring Environment By: (A) Offering Support To Persons Who Suffer Or Have Suffered Some Degree Of Mentall Illness,distress Or Breakdown And Their Carers;(b) Offering Activities Such As Relaxation,drama,therapy And Keep Fit In Order To Recover Self-Confidence And Reduced Stress In Members Lives;(c) Offering Outings And Walks Through Beautiful Countryside At Weekends With Subsidised Transport To And From The Venue;(d) Offering Subsidised Swimming In A Group;(e) Offering Different Types Of Games Including (But Not Limited To)darts,table Tennis,cards And Chess;(f)offering Persons Suffering From Mental Illness The Chance To Cook For Themselves Or Each Other In A Group;(g) Offering A Variety Of Handicrafts And The Opportunity To Acquire New Skills;(h) Offering Music Therapy To Encourage Self-Expression;(i)providing An Environment That Will Encourage The Personal Growth And Development Of Persons Suffering From Mental Illness.
