**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE HEALTH AMONGST PERSONS WHO ARE MENTALLY ILL OR HAVE HAD A MENTAL ILLNESS,AND THE CARERS OF SUCH PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SELF HELP AND SUPPORT IN A SAFE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT BY: (A) OFFERING SUPPORT TO PERSONS WHO SUFFER OR HAVE SUFFERED SOME DEGREE OF MENTALL ILLNESS,DISTRESS OR BREAKDOWN AND THEIR CARERS;(B) OFFERING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS RELAXATION,DRAMA,THERAPY AND KEEP FIT IN ORDER TO RECOVER SELF-CONFIDENCE AND REDUCED STRESS IN MEMBERS LIVES;(C) OFFERING OUTINGS AND WALKS THROUGH BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE AT WEEKENDS WITH SUBSIDISED TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE VENUE;(D) OFFERING SUBSIDISED SWIMMING IN A GROUP;(E) OFFERING DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAMES INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)DARTS,TABLE TENNIS,CARDS AND CHESS;(F)OFFERING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS THE CHANCE TO COOK FOR THEMSELVES OR EACH OTHER IN A GROUP;(G) OFFERING A VARIETY OF HANDICRAFTS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE NEW SKILLS;(H) OFFERING MUSIC THERAPY TO ENCOURAGE SELF-EXPRESSION;(I)PROVIDING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL ENCOURAGE THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS.
