Summary	ofthe purposes ofthe	Para 1.17	The aims		of the Pre-school are to enhance the development and education ofchildren,

			We offer		pre-school sessions to children aged between 2 years to 5 years old.
			Sessions		rvn each weekday morning from 09.15-12.15 and 12.15-15.15

			The overall management and control of the Pre-school will restwith the
			individual members ofthe Pre-s«hoot's management Committee i "the Comm inca" j.As we IIas being responsible forth e management ofthe Pre-
			school the Committee members areaiso the charity trustees ofthe Preschool.
			To further it aims the Pre-school has the following powers:
			~		to provrde accommodation and equipment;
			~		toraise money to pay forthe Pre-school's activities;
			~		to make such payments as shall be necessary;
			~		to fix and collect the fees payable m respect of children
					attending groups run by the Preschool;
			~		subject to adherence with all applicable legislation, to controlthe

					appropriate, require parents or guardians to withdraw them as a
					member ofthe Preschool Learntng Alliance to Send an accredited
					representative to vote at local Branch and/or County meetings and

					property of the Pre-school as security for any money borrowed
					subject to complying with the provisions ofsections 35and 39ofthe
					Charities Act 1993ifit is proposed to mortgage land to hire or

			~		to buy, tease or rent any land or buildings and to maintain and
					equip ttfor the use ofthe Pre-schook
			~		to sell, lease orotherwise dispose of all or any part ofthe Preschool's

				to make some big changes in, Sue and Meryl both resigned from the preschool after many

				Marie has lots ofexciting ideas of how we can make ourselves sustainable, including;

				Lunch half an hour- chargeable by twealong the 'funding hours'
				introducmg hot meal from the primary school
				Aher school wrap around care, emptoying an apprentice to help with ratio but keeping	down
