furtherance of this, the Association may:-

Develop more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others
associated with the school

pupils attending it

Provide and assist in the provision of such facilities of items for education at the
school (not provided from statutory funds) as the Committee in consultation with the Governing
Body of the school shall from time to time determine

and 1.19		 The main activities of the Association are fundraising events, held at various times throughout
the year, as disclosed in the accounts for the period. These events have a wide range of appeal
and typically include Christmas and summer fairs, quiz night and cake sales. All members of the
Association are encouraged to take part and the profits generated from the events are used for
school projects or activities for children who attend the school.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year endedDD / MM / YYYY.
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(“the Act”).
