Investment Polic The assets controlled by the Trustees comprise cash held at bank, a CAF cash account and the freehold propety known as Holcot, 34 Spile Bank, Hilders Lane, Edenbridge, KENT, TN8 6LQ. Advice is obtained from time to time, as and when necessary, on the assets from Managers and other appropriate professionals. The Trustees adopt a low-risk investment strategy and income is accumulated until used for reinvestment, distribution, or other purposes. The Trustees maintain liquidity to enable them to make distributions in accordance with their grant-making Policy. The Trustees also need to retain liquidity to meet anticipated shortfall between income received and liabilities incurred in relation to the running of Holcot. There are no geographical or ethical investment constraints that fetter the Trustees, Invastment Policy. Asse e-avaluatio As part of a review of insurances, a professional re-evaluation was undertaken of Holcot in October 2022 at which time the total rebuild cost was assessed to be £1,677,078.
