The Charity's mission is to improve mental health and wellbeing and build a more supportive community: to provide safe spaces and person-centred mental health support to help people improve their wellbeing, to reduce stigma and improve knowledge, awareness and confidence in mental health support, and to support people with mental illness to have their voices heard
Objects: The Charity’s objects are specifically restricted to the following: (a) To improve the wellbeing of people with mental health conditions in Kent and the surrounding areas.(b) To provide training and education on, and to disseminate information relating to, mental health matters.
