The public benefit and objects of the charity:

The mission is to share the knowledge of Jesus Christ. To promote the teachings of Jesus Christ. To benefit all in body, mind, and spirit without prejudice. The governing document: Declaration of trust made on the 11[th] June 1995.

The Trustees:

J. Brown (Appointed 2009) C Morton (Appointed 2020) M Gilbert (Appointed 10-01-2021, due lack of contact stood down by the remaining trustees 01-08-2021)

The trustees/and leadership recognise the need to replace the trustees, a number of people are attending an interview process.

The method of nomination and appointment of new trustees:

The appointment of new trustees is by the remaining trustees.

Summary of activities in 2021:

The Pastor has been building the congregation up by taking up the weekly preaching of the gospel, personal ministry, prayer meetings, there has been a build-up of an online following of the preaching.

The local community work has been closed due to COVID -19 in 2021. This is all run by volunteers, funded by donations. The premises are also used by the following churches.

The Good Shepherd Christian Ministries (Filipino) church has been able to use the premises for Sunday services and other activities.

Way of Life Church (Portuguese speaking fellowship) Use church on Saturdays. Brazilian Church (Portuguese speaking) Started (2018) Use church on Saturdays

Income and expenditure:

Expenses have been the pastor's salary, water, gas, electric, telephone, insurance, maintenance and other costs which have all been met. Gifts to other groups have been made to bless and encourage local people.

Income has equalled expenditure for the year as the attendance has improved.

Management policy:

Day to day management, one of the trustees will be contacted as required. Major items of expenditure were presented to the trustees for approval.

Records of income and expenditure were checked and recorded by R. Imhof. There is a Current account for running expenses.

There is a Current account dedicated to receiving gifts by bank transfer through the website. Funds are moved to the expenses account. There is a high interest account for reserves.

The investment policy is reviewed annually, currently the available funds in excess to running costs are held in the High Interest account.

Consideration of other investment policies will be given if deposits exceed yearly expenditure.

We have reviewed major risks and projected expenses.

d) Building refurbishment.

The trustees have been pleased with the stable and improving health of the work in Kilburn.

4) Trustees Remuneration and Expenses

None of the Trustees were remunerated. One trustees received reimbursements of £93 for church expenses incurred by them.

5) Historic Funds

The Trustees chose to close all historic Unrestricted Funds apart from the Maintenance

and Evangelistic Fund.

The charity's stees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) ofthe Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts Under section 145 of the 201 l Act. to follow the pro¢edures laid down in the general D1￿CtiOnS given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act; and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Indep¢ndenl examiner's r¢port My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination in¢ludes a review of the accounting reci)rds kepi by the chartty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accoun￿ and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
