Review of activities Durlng the year the Charity raised an amount of £20,502 net of fundraising costs12022 - £22,924). In planning the donatlons for the year the trustees gave regard to the Charlty Commlssion's guidance on public benefit. During the year to 31 March 2023 the donations made by the charity have benefited wlde settion of the public by provldlng organisatlons with vital funding With whSch to further thelr own charltable activitles. ReseThes policy The alm of the Charity is to expend funds raised in line with its objects and therefore the level of reserves held should be mlnlmal and dependent on the timing of the charitable expenditure. The Charitvs trustees consider that an audit is not requlred for thls year under section 43121 of the Charlties Act 1993 (the 1993 Act) and that an independent ex3mination is needed.
