on pages 4 to 8.
Respectlve responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charivs trustees are responsible for the preparation of the flnancial statements. The Charitvs
trustees consider that an audit is not requlred for thls year under section 43121 of the Charlties Act
1993 (the 1993 Act) and that an independent ex3mination is needed.
It is my respon5iblllty to:
examine the financial statements under section 43 of the 1993 Act
2. to follow the procedures laid down in the General Dlrections given by the Charity
Commissioner under section 43{7llbl of the 1993 Act, and
3, to state whether partiCLtlar matters have come to my attentlon.
8asls of independent examlnerfs report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Dlrections given by the Charlty
Commi55ioner. An examination includes a review of the accountlng records kept by the Charlty and a
comparison of the flnancial statements presented with tI￿se records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements, and the seeking of explanations from
you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required In an audit and. consequentlys no opinion is given as to whether the
financial statements present a 'true and fairvlev/ and the report is limited to those matters set out in
the ststement below.
Independent examlner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention..
which glves me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements.,
a. to keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the 1993 Act. and
b. to prepare financial statement5 whlch accord with the accountln8 records and to
comply with the accountlng requirements of the 1993 Act have not been meL or
