							The Group is managed day-to-day by the Group Scout Leader (Team Leader),
							together with the section leaders. The Team Leader reports to the Board ofthe	Scout
							Group. The board oftrustees is responsible for complying with legislation applicable
							to charities. This includes the registration, keeping proper accounts and making
							returns to the Charity Commission as appropriate. The Board consists of Chair,	co-
							Treasurers and Secretary together with the Group Scout Leader, individual section
							leaders (ifopted to take on the responsibikty) and parent's representation and meets
							every three months,
							This board exists to support the Group Scout Leader/Team Leader m meeting	the
							responsibilities ofthe group and together they are responsible for
							The maintenance ofGroup property;
							The raising offunds and the administration ofGroup finance;
							The insurance ofpersons, property snd equipment;
							Group public occasions,
							Assisting in the recruitment ofleaders and other adult support,
							Appointing any sub committees that may be required;
							Appointing Group Administrators and Advisors other than those who are elected.
							Systems and processes are in place to make sure the group maintains accurate
							information in relation to. financial records, members, necessary training, assets		and
							equipment. Key risks are mitigated through processes such as purchase
							euthonsabon procedures, risk assessments for events, and regular safeguarding
							training
