The start of the 2020 Auturnn tenn saw us with eleven children registcrcd with four more on the waiting list for January. The low numbers being due in part to the pre-school being closed for the summer terni. Fundraising for the Pre-school this ycar has not gone ahead due to covidl 9 due to people being reluctant to participate. Every year brings new challeng4 but Pre-school is still functioning well with the hard work ofour managers and staff, we hope that the next twelve months brings success. My thanks go to our managers, sLiff and committee for their hard work and effort over this past year. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under sectlon 144 of the Charltles Act 2011 (the Charities Artl and that an independenl examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under sertion 145 of the Charities Act to follow procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145151 Ibl of the Charities Act, and to state whether particular matters have come to my attentlon 8asls of the Independent examlnefs report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charily CommSssioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
