We have had a busy twelve months in which we have said goodbye to one member of staff Marie
Lowe thank you for all your hard work we wish you well. and hello to a new member of staff
welcome Samantha Marshall.
The start of the 2020 Auturnn tenn saw us with eleven children registcrcd with four more on the
waiting list for January. The low numbers being due in part to the pre-school being closed for the
summer terni.
Fundraising for the Pre-school this ycar has not gone ahead due to covidl 9 due to people being
reluctant to participate.
Every year brings new challeng4 but Pre-school is still functioning well with the hard work ofour
managers and staff, we hope that the next twelve months brings success.
My thanks go to our managers, sLiff and committee for their hard work and effort over this past
year.

YEAR ENDED 31ST AUGUST 2021
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts for the year ended 315t August 2021.
Respectlve responslbllhles of trustees and examlnei
The tharity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under sectlon 144 of the Charltles Act 2011 (the
Charities Artl and that an independenl examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under sertion 145 of the Charities Act
to follow procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145151 Ibl of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attentlon
8asls of the Independent examlnefs report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charily
CommSssioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts. seekin8 explanations from the trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit
and tonsequently no opinion is given as to whether the atcounts present a 'true and fair, view and the
report is limSted to those matters set out in the statement below.
Indepèndent examlner's $taternent
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention..
111 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act..
to prepare accounts in accordance with the accounting records and comply with the
requirements of the Charities Act have not been rnet.. or
121 to which in my opinion, attention should be dlawn in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to be rearhed.
