In the opinion of the mana9emenl commrttee the main risk that the charty faces is obtaining sufficient income lo cover the level of expenditure required lo maintain the thartys aCtNI￿$. Slated Resorves Policy . The management committee have rev￿Wed the charivs needs for reserves in line with the guidance issued by the Charity Commission. The management commrttee believe that the reserves need to be generated lo a level where they would cover three month's of the chanty's running costs and have determined that its aim should be to establish a level of unrestricted reserves of some £20.000. Appointment of Committee MeM￿rg Members of the management committee are dected each year at the Annual General Methg by the membership of the community centre.
