Summary ofthe main	This year, our organisation has had to adapt how Guiding could be
achievements ofthe charity during the year	delivered due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19. Members have been accessing the Guiding activities through face-to-face meetings,
	when allowed, and through emails and virtual platforms such as Zoom.
	The range ofactivities at local group level continues to be based on the
	Girlguiding programme, with leaders creatively adapting it to ensure all
	girls, regardless of background and individual needs, continue to get a
	broad and varied set ofactivities that challenge and motivate them.
	Alongside this, members have continued to achieve personal goals.
	Young members have achieved quagfications relevant to their age
	group - Queen's Guide Awards, Duke of Edinburgh Awards and section
	Gold Awards. In addition, our leaders have extended their own
	knowledge and qualifications in order to offer the girls ever greater
	opportunities. These have included leadership qualifications,
	residential qualifications, First Aid qualifications and Safe Guarding
	training.

Brief statement charity's poHcy	Brief statement charity's poHcy	ofthe on reserves	Toendeavour to maintain free Reserves ofat least 12months operational expenditure, (i.e. in 2021 this equates to approximately E26,000). Members of the Executive Committee consider that current services
			would be able to continue for at least this duration in the event of a
			significant drop in income.
			In addition, a Reserve of30%ofthe annual membership subscription (i.e.
			in 2021 this equates to approximately E5,000)should be held for Growing
			Guiding to encourage growth in membership and therefore income.
			An Events Reserve of 50% of operational expenditure (i.e. in 2021 this
			equates to approximately E5,000) should be held to mitigate against
			unexpected loss for County events.
